摘　　要：阐述了沸石转轮废气处理工艺及其系统的主要设备(包括除湿装置、过滤系统、焚烧炉等),介绍了沸石转轮系统的设计和应用方案。从设计选型、设备组成、工艺参数设定等方面,探讨了沸石转轮系统在控制汽车涂装工序VOC(挥发性有机物)排放中的应用。The principle of waste gas treatment by zeolite rotator and its main configurations including dehumidifier,filter,and incinerator were described.The design and application scheme of zeolite rotator system were introduced.The application of zeolite rotator system in VOC(volatile organic compound)control of automobile painting process were discussed with respect to the selection and design of zeolite rotator,equipment configuration,and setting of process parameters.
