盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片联合硝呋太尔胶囊治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片联合硝呋太尔胶囊治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎(Candida vaginitis,CAV)的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年10月—2020年10月我院收治的60例CAV患者,依据用药方法不同分成两组,各30例。对照组给予克霉唑栓联合口服制霉菌素片治疗,观察组给予盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片、硝呋太尔胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组外阴瘙痒、白带异常、外阴阴道充血等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片、硝呋太尔胶囊治疗CAV效果明显,能够有效清除病菌,缩短症状消失时间。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets and nifuratel capsules in the treatment of Candida vaginitis(CAV).Methods:Sixty cases of candida vaginitis(CAV)admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different medication methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole plug combined with oral nystatin tablets,and the observation group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets and nifuratel capsules.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Terbinafine hydrochloride effervescent vaginal effervescent tablets and nifuratel capsules are effective in the treatment of CAV,which can effectively remove bacteria and shorten the time of symptom disappearance.
