摘　　要：成纤维细胞生长因子10(Fibroblast growth factor 10,FGF10)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族的成员之一,主要在上皮细胞、间质细胞中高度表达,参与该类细胞的分化、迁徙、增殖及凋亡。同时也参与肝、肺、脑及脂肪等组织器官的发育及形态的发生。本文通过综合近年来FGF10的相关研究进展,概述了FGF10的结构与功能(参与四肢形成、介导腺体与器官的形成发育),及其在支气管发育不良和肺纤维化等疾病中所扮演的角色,并探讨了FGF10的功能与肺部疾病的相关性,以期为人类肺部疾病的发病机制及防御提供新的思路。Fibroblast growth factor 10(FGF10)is a member of the Fibroblast growth factor family,it is highly expressed in epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells and is involved in their differentiation,migration,proliferation and apoptosis.At the same time,it is also involved in the development and morphogenesis of tissues and organs such as liver,lung,brain and fat.Based on the comprehensive summarizing of FGF10 related research progress in recent years,this article outlines the structure and function of FGF10(involving in the formation of the limbs formation,mediated glands and organs development),the role of FGF10 in bronchial dysplasia and pulmonary fibrosis and other diseases,discusses the FGF1 correlation function and lung disease,in order to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis and defense of human lung diseases.
