摘  要:慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(Chronic prostatitis/Chronic pelvic pain syndrome,CP/CPPS)是一种病因和发病机理未完全明确,临床上难于诊治的男性泌尿系统常见病。因此,动物模型成为探讨CP/CPPS病因、发病机制和新药研发的重要手段。由于不同动物模型具有不同的病理特征,在实验中选择合适的动物模型不仅能有效帮助研究人员了解疾病发生机制,更有助于临床学者研究防治措施。本文就近年来CP/CPPS动物模型的生物制剂造模方法进行简要综述,以期为研究者在CP/CPPS动物模型的选择上提供理论参考。Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS)is a common disease of male urinary system whose etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear and difficult to diagnose and treatclinically.Therefore,animal models have become an important means to explore the etiology,pathogenesis and drug development of CP/CPPS.Due to different animal models have different pathological characteristics,the selection of appropriate animal models in the experiment will not only effectively help researchers to understand the mechanism of disease,but also help clinical researchers to study the prevention and treatment measures.In order to provide theoretical reference for the selection of CP/CPPS animal models,this paper briefly reviews the modeling methods of biological agents in recent years.
