摘  要:为满足工程控制运行要求高、闸门启闭操作频繁的需求,太浦闸工程管理单位对照“数字工程、智慧管控”的目标,实施控制运行智能化改造。通过采集和共享气象、水文、工情等环境、状态信息,建立了智能运行的感知系统;通过采用人工智能机器学习工具,统计分析闸门开度、上下游水位、风力风向、潮位等变量对流量的影响权重,找出规律并形成基于BP神经网络的多维动态水位流量关系曲线,建立了智能运行的指挥系统;借助闸门自动监控系统实现闸门自动化启闭操作,补充了预警及保护装置,建立了智能运行的执行与安全保障系统;通过制定印发工程控制运用方案(制度),明确了精细控制、智能运行的质量标准。In order to modernize control and operation and satisfy the needs of frequent gate opening and closing, the Taipu Gate system was upgraded with intelligent system for control and operation according to the targets. By collecting and sharing information and data in terms of meteorology, hydrology and engineering conditions, an intelligent perception system is established. By using artificial intelligence machine learning tools, the influence weights of gate opening,upstream and downstream water levels, wind direction, tide level and other variables on the flow are statistically analyzed,so as to find out the law and form a curve of multi-dimensional dynamic water level flow relationship based on BP neural network and an intelligent operation command system. Thanks to the automatic gate monitoring system, automatic gate opening and closing operation is realized that supplemented by early warning and protection devices and intelligent operation execution and safety assurance system. By formulating and printing the application scheme(system) of engineering control, the quality standards of fine control and intelligent operation are clarified.
