药物流产后加服米非司酮对缩短阴道出血时间的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究药物流产患者加服米非司酮对缩短阴道出血时间的效果。方法随机选取2017年12月—2020年12月北京市上地医院妇科收治的药物流产患者80例作为研究对象,采用数表法分组,分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组不加服药物,观察组加服米非司酮。比较两组患者流产状况、阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间及药流不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者完全流产率(95.00%)、患者阴道出血持续时间≤15 d占比(92.50%)高于对照组;观察组患者阴道出血量中多于月经量(5.00%)占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组完全流产(77.50%)、未完全流产(20.00%)、流产失败(2.05%)发生率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.272,P<0.05)。结论在药物流产患者用药中,加服米非司酮可有效缩短患者阴道出血时间,减少阴道出血量,且用药安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of adding mifepristone to shorten the vaginal bleeding time in patients with medical abortion.Methods A total of 80 medical abortion patients admitted to the gynecology department of Shangdi Hospital of Beijing City from December 2017 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research sub⁃jects.They were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by the digital table method.The control group was given no drug,while the observation group was given mifepristone.The abortion status,vaginal bleeding volume,duration of vaginal bleeding,and the incidence of drug-induced side effects were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate(95.00%)and the proportion of patients with vaginal bleed⁃ing lasting less than 15 days(92.50%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the pro⁃portion of vaginal bleeding in the observation group that was more than menstrual flow(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complete abortion(77.50%),incomplete abortion(20.00%),and abortion failure(2.05%)in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.272,P<0.05).Conclusion In the medica⁃tion of medical abortion patients,the addition of mifepristone can effectively shorten the vaginal bleeding time and re⁃duce the amount of vaginal bleeding,and the medication is safe.
