水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效和安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在脂肪肝患者治疗中联合以水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片与复方甘草酸苷片治疗的价值。方法选取2020年1月-2021年11月在清远市慢性病防治医院就医的脂肪肝患者120例为研究对象,以随机盲选法均分为两组,在治疗期间分别以复方甘草酸苷片(对照组)与联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片(观察组)治疗,统计治疗效果、肝功能及血脂水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%比对照组80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05);观察组治疗后谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.283、20.965、8.537、4.654、9.906、4.346,P<0.05)。结论通过以水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,可有效缓解患者临床症状,增强治疗效果,对促进患者康复起着重要作用,适宜推广。Objective To investigate the value of combined silibinin meglumine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of fatty liver patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with fatty liver who were treated in Qin⁃gyuan Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random blind selection method.During the treatment period,compound glycyrrhizin tablets(control group)and combined silibinin meglumine tablets(observation group)were ad⁃ministered respectively.The treatment effect,liver function and blood lipid level were counted.Results The total ef⁃fective rate 96.67% of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 80.00%,respec⁃tively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glutamyl transpep⁃tidase(CGT),alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.283,20.965,8.537,4.654,9.906,4.346,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of silibinin meglumine tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance the therapeutic effect,and play an important role in promoting the recovery of patients,which is suitable for promotion.
