补肾调冲汤联合脐灸治疗肾阳虚血瘀型黄体功能不全性不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾调冲汤联合脐灸治疗肾阳虚血瘀型黄体功能不全性不孕的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法选取2019年12月-2020年12月蒙阴县人民医院收治的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组用补肾调冲汤联合脐灸治疗,对照组用黄体酮软胶囊治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的E_(2)、P值、PI、RI、中医证候积分均差异无统计学意义(t=0.470、1.266、1.078、1.380、0.695,P=0.640、0.211、0.286、0.173、0.490);治疗后,治疗组的治疗效果(96.67%)比对照组(36.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.300,P<0.001);治疗组的中医证候积分相比于对照组明显较低,差异有统计学意义(t=40.382,P<0.001)。结论补肾调冲汤联合脐灸能显著提高肾阳虚血瘀型黄体功能不全性不孕症妇女的临床妊娠率,改善中医证候,促进黄体健全,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with navel moxibus⁃tion in the treatment of infertility with luteal insufficiency of kidney-yang deficiency and blood stasis type,and to ex⁃plore its possible mechanism of action.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Mengyin County People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with bushen Tiaochong Decoction combined with umbilical moxibus⁃tion,and the control group was treated with progesterone soft capsule.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in E2,P value,PI,RI and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(t=0.470,1.266,1.078,1.380,0.695,P=0.640,0.211,0.286,0.173,0.490);the therapeutic effect of the treatment group(96.67%)was significantlly higher than that of the control group(36.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.300,P<0.001);the TCM syndrome score of the treat⁃ment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=40.382,P<0.001).Conclusion Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with navel moxibustion can significantly im⁃prove the clinical pregnancy rate of infertile women with luteal insufficiency of kidney-yang deficiency and blood sta⁃sis type.Improve TCM syndrome,promote luteum sound,improve clinical efficacy.
