摘　　要：为得到更高质量的新建业务流程模型,提出一种基于活动间行为关系审查新建业务流程模型的方法。提取新建模型及流程库中模型的行为轮廓矩阵;计算新建模型中每一事件对在流程库中分别呈严格序、排他序及交叉序关系的置信度,据此构建候选轮廓矩阵。通过新建模型行为轮廓矩阵和候选轮廓矩阵的比对生成反映审查结果的轮廓差异矩阵,审查结果可用对新建的模型进行优化。实验部分基于真实的数据集进行分析,实例分析的结果验证了所提方法的可行性。To obtain a new business process model with higher quality,a new business process model review method based on the behavior relationship between activities was proposed.The behavior profile matrix of the new model and the model in the process repertory was extracted.The confidences of each event pair in strict order,exclusive order and interleaving order relation in the process repertory were calculated,and the candidate contour matrix was constructed based on this.A profile difference matrix was generated by comparing the behavior profile matrix of the new model with the candidate profile matrix,which could be used to optimize the new model.Experimental part was based on the real data set,and the results of the example analysis verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
