摘　　要：了解民进党的提名方式对于观察2022年底台湾地区“九合一”地方选举和选后政治格局具有重要意义。本文梳理民进党的提名方式,挖掘其方式灵活、充分协调和整体布局的策略根源,并着重分析本次提名方式的转变和影响。本文认为本次提名方式的集权化调整源自蔡英文的权力追求、减缓派系斗争的需要,以及应对不利的选举局面。结果不仅会导致民进党主席权力高度集中,也会转变派系博弈方式,改变派系权力格局;短期有利于民进党的选举,长期则会加剧民进党和台湾地区的独裁化倾向。Understanding the DPP’s nomination method is of great significance for observing Taiwan’s “nine-in-one” local elections at the end of 2022 and the post-election political landscape.This paper sorts out the nomination methods of the DPP,explores the strategic roots of its flexibility,full coordination and overall layout,and focuses on analyzing the transformation and impact of this nomination method.This paper argues that the centralizing adjustment of the nomination method stems from Tsai Ing-wen’s pursuit of power,the need to mitigate factional struggle,and to deal with unfavorable electoral situations.The result will not only lead to a high concentration of power for the DPP chairman,but will also change the way of factional games and change the power structure of factions;in the short term,it will be beneficial to the election of the DPP,and in the long run,it will intensify the authoritarian tendency of the DPP and the Taiwan region.
