瑶医神火灸联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑶医神火灸联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗老年性膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将150例老年性KOA患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组,每组50例。治疗组采用瑶医神火灸联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗,对照1组采用单纯神火灸治疗,对照2组采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后膝关节液中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,Lysholm膝关节功能量表评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,3组患者的IL-1、TNF-α水平均较治疗前低,且治疗组上述指标水平低于对照1组和对照2组(均P<0.05),而对照1组和对照2组IL-1、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,3组Lysholm膝关节功能量表评分均较治疗前高,且治疗组评分高于对照1组和对照2组(均P<0.05),而对照1组和对照2组评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的临床疗效优于对照1组和对照2组(均P<0.05),而对照1组和对照2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用瑶医神火灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年KOA疗效显著,可减轻炎症反应,改善患者膝关节功能,为中西结合防治KOA提供新思路。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yao Medicine shenhuo moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 150 patients with senile KOA were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 or control group 2,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yao Medicine shenhuo moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection,the control group 1 was treated with simple shenhuo moxibustion,and the control group 2 was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection.The levels of interleukin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the knee joint fluid,and the Lysholm knee function scale score before and after treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy were compared between the 3 groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-1 and TNF-αin the 3 groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above index levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group 1 and control group 2(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-1 and TNF-αbetween the control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Lysholm knee joint function scale in the 3 groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2(all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(all P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05).Conclusion Yao Medicine shenhuo moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective in treating senile KOA,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the knee joint function of patients and provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of KOA by integrat
