摘　　要：目的探讨壮医经筋挑刺法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛的优势和临床操作规范。方法通过查阅文献、走访调研、临床验证、专家咨询等方法,总结壮医经筋挑刺法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛的优势,探讨其临床操作规范。结果壮医经筋挑刺法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛具有疗效好、治疗方法简单、副作用少、不受医疗环境条件限制、医疗费用低等优势。诊疗过程中,应在疾病的诊查、治疗操作、治疗时间和疗程、治疗禁忌证等方面遵循一定的规范。结论采用壮医经筋挑刺法治疗中风偏瘫痉挛具有明显优势,规范其临床操作有利于提高壮医经筋挑刺的安全性、可重复性和可推广性。Objective To investigate the advantages and clinical operation standards of tendon-muscle picking therapy of Zhuang Medicine in treating apoplectic spastic hemiplegia.Methods Through methods of literature review,visiting research,clinical verification,and expert consultation,the advantages of tendon-muscle picking therapy of Zhuang Medicine in the treatment of apoplectic spastic hemiplegia were summarized,and its clinical operation standards were discussed.Results The tendon-muscle picking therapy of Zhuang Medicine has the advantages of good efficacy,simple treatment method,few side effects,no limitation by medical environmental conditions,low medical costs,and so on.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,certain specifications should be followed in the aspects of disease diagnosis,treatment operation,treatment time,treatment course,and treatment contraindications.Conclusion The tendon-muscle picking therapy of Zhuang Medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of apoplectic spasm hemiplegia,and regulating its clinical operation is conducive to improving the safety,repeatability,and popularization of the tendon-muscle picking of Zhuang Medicine.
