FPSO船载LPG储罐保温层安装工程的施工组织和管理

摘　　要：安装于海上的浮式生产储存卸货装置,即FPSO上的液化石油气储罐,保温层设计厚度为75 mm,由2层硅酸铝针刺毯保温棉材料构成,外保护层为厚0.6 mm的SS316不锈钢波纹板,其放样下料、加工裁剪、包覆固定等施工作业均为手工操作。为了在合同约定工期内完成4台LPG储罐保温层安装工程,通过施工作业交底、安全风险分析管控、制定质量控制措施、加强施工成本控制等切实可行的施工组织和管理最终圆满了完成施工任务,并获得了项目甲方的认可。The design thickness of thermal insulation layer over LPG storage tank on Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO) is 75 mm. It consists of two layers of aluminosilicate fiber blanket. Outer casing layer is stainless corrugated plate of 0.6 mm thickness, type of SS316. Installation process, including material measurement, preparation and wrapping,is completely manual work. In order to complete thermal insulation layer installation on four LPG storage tanks before the time limit defined in the contract,effective and productive construction organization and management are implemented,including construction process presentation,safety risk analysis and management,quality management,enhanced control on construction cost. Construction work is satisfactorily completed and acknowledged by the project owner in writing.
