摘 要:渤海某采油平台设置一口水源井是油气田开发过程中的重要工艺环节,其作用是所产水与处理合格的生产污水共同作为注水井水源注入地层补充地层能量。海上采油平台普遍设有水源井,与油井井口不同,水源井无套管气流程,导致含有天然气的水源井套管气无法回收,进而造成能源浪费。通过水源井套管气路改造,借用了临近油井套管气流程,实现了回收水源井套管气的目标,解决了水源井套管气无法回收的难题,既为海上油田水源井套管气回收提供了宝贵经验,也为海上油田节能减排和油气增产提供了新的方案。Setting a water source well on an oil production platform in the Bohai Sea is an important process in the development of oil and gas fields. Its function is to inject the produced water and the treated qualified production sewage into the formation as the water source of the water injection well to supplement the formation energy. Offshore oil production platform is generally equipped with water source wells. Unlike oil wells,there is no casing gas flow in water source wells. As a result,the casing gas of water source wells containing natural gas cannot be recovered,resulting in energy waste. Through the reconstruction of casing gas path of water source wells,the goal of recovering casing gas of water source wells can be achieved by borrowing casing gas flow of adjacent oil wells,and the problem that casing gas of water source wells cannot be recovered can be completely solved,which not only provides valuable experience for the recovery of casing gas of water source wells in offshore oil fields,but also provides a new scheme for energy conservation,emission reduction and oil and gas production increase in offshore oil fields.
