摘  要:为优化盐岩路基的施工工艺并有效提升路基稳定性,基于盐分分析、击实试验及力学性能测试,系统研究罗布泊盐岩填料工程特性。依托新疆罗布泊省道S235线试验工程开展盐岩路基施工工艺优化,并基于现场监测全面评价工后盐岩路基温度变化及变形特征。结果表明:试验段内盐岩易溶盐含量约为83.87%,c(Cl^(-))/c(SO^(2-)_(4))为24.91;卤水含量为8%时烘干盐岩试样的无侧限抗压强度最高,约为10.31MPa,并且此条件制备压实度为94%的盐岩试样在烘干后承载比CBR值高达184%;基于压实效果、工序复杂程度及卤水下渗情况等因素综合推荐盐岩路基采用工艺2进行填筑,则工后路基整体变形程度较低,稳定性良好。In order to optimize the construction technology of salt rock subgrade and effectively improve the stability of subgrade,the engineering characteristics of salt rock filler in Lop Nur are systematically studied based on salt analysis,compaction test and mechanical properties test,and the construction process optimization of salt rock subgrade is carried out based on the test section of the provincial highway S235in Lop Nur of Xinjiang.The temperature change and deformation characteristics of salt rock subgrade after construction are comprehensively evaluated based on field sensor monitoring and other measures.The results show that the soluble salt content of salt rock in the test section is about 83.87%,and C(Cl^(-))/C(SO^(2-)_(4))is 24.91.The brine moisture content is 8%,and the unconfined compressive strength of dried salt rock sample is the highest,approximately 10.31 MPa.Under such condition,the bearing ratio CBRof salt rock sample with compaction of 94% is as high as 184%.Based on the compaction effect,process complexity and brine infiltration,it is recommended to use process 2 for filling salt rock subgrade.After construction,the overall deformation degree of subgrade is low and the stability is good.
