摘 要:针对现行路况评价标准对改建工程沥青混凝土路面性能评价的不足,选取路面裂缝率(C)、修补面积率(L)、其他类破损率(D)、平整度指数(IRI)和路面结构强度系数(SSI)等5个路面性能评价指标,采用层次分析法主观赋权和熵权法客观赋权进行组合赋权,构建组合赋权值,建立基于物元理论的沥青混凝土路面性能评价模型。基于G338国道盐池(蒙宁界)至红寺堡段的实际路况调查与检测,利用物元评价模型与标准PQI评价模型的评价结果进行对比分析,验证物元模型的科学性与准确性。研究结果表明:当路段裂缝、修补损坏较多或基层完整性差时,物元评价结果比标准PQI的评价结果低一个等级;对于各类病害不多的路段,两种方法的评价结果相同;对于裂缝和修补病害较少,且基层完整性良好的路段,物元理论的评价结果要高于标准PQI评价结果。研究成果可对二级公路改建工程的养护决策提供指导。In view of the deficiencies of current road performance evaluation criteria for asphalt concrete pavement performance evaluation of reconstruction projects, five performance evaluation indexes are selected, including pavement crack rate(C), repaired area rate(L), other type of damage rate(D), flatness index(IRI) and pavement structure strength coefficient(SSI). The subjective weighting of the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weighting of the entropy method are used for combined weighting. The combined weighting value is constructed, and the asphalt concrete pavement performance evaluation model based on the matter-element theory is established. Based on the actual road condition investigation and detection of the G338 National Road from Yanchi(boundary between Inner Mongolia and Ningxia) to Hongsibao, the scientificity and accuracy of the matter element model is verified by comparing the evaluation results of the matter element evaluation model with the standard PQI evaluation model. The results show that, when there are more cracks and repair damage or the integrity of the base is poor, the matter element evaluation results are one level lower than the standard PQI evaluation results. The evaluation results of the two methods are the same for all kinds of roads with few damages. For the sections with fewer cracks and defects to be repaired, and good in integrity of the base, the evaluation results of matter-element theory are higher than the standard PQI evaluation results, which can provide guidance for the maintenance decision of the Class-Ⅱ highway reconstruction project.
