摘  要:通过动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗图谱、Mott-Schottky曲线和慢应变速率拉伸实验研究了pH值对X100管线钢在CO_(3)^(2-)/HCO_(3)^(-)溶液中的电化学与应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随pH值升高,X100管线钢表面膜厚度与致密性提高,点蚀电位提高;高pH-SCC敏感性降低。The effect of pH value on the electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion of X100 pipeline steel in CO_(3)^(2-)/HCO_(3)^(-)containing solutions were studied by means of measurements of potentiodynamic polarization curve,AC impedance spectrum and Mott-Schottky curve,as well as slow strain rate tensile test.The results showed that with the increasing pH value,the thickness and compactness of the formed passive film and the pitting potential of X100 pipeline steel increase,while its SCC sensitivity reduces to certain extent.
