摘　　要：20世纪70年代以来,采用碘油行子宫输卵管造影一直是检查不孕女性输卵管通畅度的常规方法。对于不明原因不孕、输卵管通畅、有子宫内膜异位症病史的女性,碘油可提高生育能力。通过用碘油进行输卵管通畅性测试、收集进行子宫输卵管碘油造影的女性的腹腔液以及对使用碘油进行宫腔灌注后子宫内膜免疫细胞检测等研究方法,发现碘油提高生育能力的机制可能是有效冲洗输卵管中的碎屑,在盆腔、腹膜和子宫内膜上发挥免疫生物学作用以及对子宫内膜植入窗期的良性影响等。这可能为不明原因不孕症提供了一种新的、简单的、安全的、经济有效的治疗选择。Since 1970s,lipiodol hysterosalpingography has been a routine method to check fallopian tube patency in infertile women.For women with unexplained infertility,oviduct patency and a history of endometriosis,lipiodil may improve fertili.Through testing the patency of fallopian tubes with lipiodol,collecting the peritoneal fl uid of women who underwent hysterosalpingography with lipiodol,and detecting the immune cells of endometrium after intrauterine infusion with lipiodol,it was found that the mechanism of lipiodol to improve fertility may be due to eff ectively washing the debris that hinders the fertility of fallopian tubes,playing an immunobiological role in enhancing fertility on pelvic,peritoneum and endometrium,and having a benign eff ect on the implantation window of endometrium,etc.This may provide a new,simple,safe,economical and eff ective treatment option for unexplained infertility.
