摘 要:针对喷油过程关键时间特征识别问题,本文考虑喷油过程关键时间特征识别的准确性及普适性。利用短时傅里叶变换及水锤震荡模拟算法对喷油器入口压力信号进行处理,实现对喷油过程关键时间特征的精准识别。结果表明:本文所提出的时频分析方法可以精确地识别单次喷射过程中短脉宽及长脉宽情况下的关键时间特征,同时也可以实现对多次喷射过程中预喷过程的关键时间特征识别。但是由于多次喷射过程中存在压力波叠加问题,本文方法无法对主喷过程进行识别。因此本文又提出一种预喷水锤振荡模拟算法,利用解耦后的压力微分信号实现对主喷过程关键时间特征的识别。此外,由于压力传感器安装位置导致的时间延迟问题,经过修正处理可以有效消除。该方法对喷油过程关键时间特征识别具有重要的应用价值。Aiming at the identification of critical time feature in fuel injection process,this study considers the accuracy and universality of identifying critical time feature points in the fuel injection process to identify critical time feature points.Short-time Fourier transorm(STFT)and water hammer shock simulation algorithm are used to process the injector′s inlet pressure signals to accurately identify the key time characteristics in the injection process.Results show that the proposed time-frequency analysis method can accurately identify the key time characteristics in the case of short and long pulse widths in a single injection process.It can also identify the key time characteristics in the preinjection process in multiple injection processes.However,this method cannot identify the main injection process because of the superposition of pressure waves in multiple injection processes.Therefore,a simulation algorithm of pre-jet hammer oscillation is proposed that uses the decoupled pressure differential signal to recognize the key time characteristics of the main jet process.Furthermore,the time delay caused by the pressure sensor′s installation position can be effectively eliminated after correction.This method is useful for identifying the critical time characteristics during the fuel injection process.
