摘 要:为了提高海底沉积物微生物燃料电池的输出功率,本文对胺改性阳极产电性能进行研究。利用三聚氰胺改性方法在阳极表面引入含氮官能团,并在600℃热处理,制备一种掺氮改性阳极。相比于空白组,三聚氰胺改性阳极表面细菌附着量提高4.6倍,循环伏安电容量提高3.8倍,电子转移相对动力学活性提高7.7倍。改性阳极构成电池最大输出功率密度为67 mW/m^(2),是空白组的2.4倍,长期输出电压稳定在790 mV左右。该改性阳极制备方法简单易行、成本低,为海底微生物燃料电池阳极设计与开发提供了新思路。To improve the output power of marine sediment microbial fuel cells,in this study,the electricity generation performance of an amine-modified anode was examined.A new type of nitrogen-doped modified anode was prepared by introducing nitrogen-doped functional groups on the anode surface and heat treatment at 600℃.Compared with a blank group,the number of bacteria attached to the melamine modified anode surface increased by 4.6 times,the cyclic voltammetric capacity increased by 3.8 times,and the relative kinetic activity increased by 7.7 times.The maximum output power density of the modified anode battery is 67 mW/m^(2),which is 2.4 times that of the blank group,and its long-term output voltage keeps a steady state at approximately 790 mV.The preparation method of the modified anode is simple and low in cost.This study provides a new idea for the design and development of the anodes of submarine microbial fuel cells.
