青海电网超长距光传输网络配置方案研究

摘  要:电力通信光缆随高压输电线路大量穿越无人区、崇山峻岭或荒野沙漠,面临着中继站选站和建设困难、成本高、站点不易维护、安全可靠性差等问题。为解决中继站建设维护困难并保证光信号的超长距传输,结合青海电网使用的光迅OSP光路子系统设备特点及光传输理论,以光路极限衰耗与色散容限为关键参数,对青海电力通信网超长距光路的搭建进行研究并提出超长距光路搭建方案。根据方案在海西、海南、海北运维分部所辖变电站搭建超长距光路,经调试运行后证明了该方案的可靠性,对其余站点超长距光路的搭建具有借鉴意义。Power communication optical cables pass through a large number of uninhabited areas,mountains and deserts along with high-voltage transmission lines,and face the problems of difficult selection and construction of relay stations,high costs,difficult station maintenance,and poor safety and reliability.In order to solve the difficulty in the construction and maintenance of the relay station and ensure the ultra-long-distance transmission of optical signals,combined with the characteristics of the optical circuit subsystem equipment of the Accelink OSP used in Qinghai Power Grid and the theory of optical transmission,the ultimate attenuation and dispersion tolerance of the optical path are the key parameters for Qinghai Electric Power Communication.Research on the construction of ultra-long-distance optical path for the Internet and put forward the construction scheme of ultra-long-distance optical path.According to the plan,ultra-long-distance optical paths were built in substations under the jurisdiction of Haixi,Hainan,and Haibei operation and maintenance branches.After debugging and operation,the reliability of the scheme was proved,which has reference significance for the construction of ultra-long-distance optical paths at other sites.
