摘  要:为解决压电传感器输出电压低的问题,设计了一种基于烯烃嵌段共聚物(OBC)掺杂钛酸铋钠(BNT)的压电传感器,研究了不同BNT添加量对传感器压电输出性能的影响。结果表明:BNT的质量分数为30%时,压电传感器具有高的压电输出性能。在30 N的压力作用下,压电传感器输出电压达到约35 V。在不同低频弯曲测试条件下,压电传感器保持良好的输出电压。因此,BNT/OBC传感器为可穿戴电子设备中实时运动的人体监测提供了一种新方法。In order to solve the problem of low output voltage of piezoelectric sensor,a piezoelectric sensor based on OBC with BNT doping were designed.The effect of the NBT doping content on the piezoelectric output performance of the sensor was investigated.The results show that the piezoelectric sensor has higher piezoelectric output performance when the content of BNT is 30%.At a pressure of 30 N,the output voltage of the designed piezoelectric sensor reaches about 35 V.Piezoelectric sensors maintain a good output voltage under different low-frequency bending test conditions.Therefore,it provides a new method for human monitoring of real-time movement in wearable electronic devices.
