摘 要:选用0.4μm的PVDF中空纤维膜,在抽停比为7 min∶2 min、曝气量为70 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h)、初始膜通量为0.5 m^(3)/(m^(2)·d)、悬浮液浓度在20000 mg/L以内的条件下,对含铜锌重金属有机硅生产废水进行处理,出水Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)浓度分别为0.20、0.36 mg/L,去除率分别为99.80%、99.07%,且凝聚体污泥干基中Cu含量均值达到17.64%,超过《铜精矿》(YS/T 318—2007)四级品标准,可直接资源化回收,产生经济效益,冲抵后废水处理成本为4.60元/m^(3)。A PVDF hollow fiber membrane with pore size of 0.4μm was selected to treat organic silicon production wastewater containing copper and zinc under the following conditions:pumping work/stop time of 7 min to 2 min,aeration rate of 70 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),initial membrane flux of 0.5 m^(3)/(m^(2)·d)and suspended solids concentration less than 20000 mg/L.The concentrations of Cu^(2+) and Zn^(2+) in effluent were 0.20 mg/L and 0.36 mg/L,and the removal efficiencies were 99.80%and 99.07%,respectively.The average copper content in the dry base of condensed sludge reached 17.64%,which exceeded the fourth-grade product standard of Copper Concentrate(YS/T 318-2007)and could be directly recycled to generate economic benefits.The cost of wastewater treatment after cost compensation was 4.60 yuan/m^(3).
