摘　　要：习近平总书记对县域发展治理作出了一系列重要论述。这些重要论述内涵十分丰富,涉及县域各个方面,具有鲜明特征。习近平总书记关于县域重要论述的鲜明特征包括:从时间长度看,具有历史纵深性、时代连续性和未来前瞻性;从场域宽度看,具有多层次性和多区域性;从认识高度看,体现了战略思维、历史思维、辩证思维、系统思维、理论思维等科学的思维方法;从实践厚度看,其中许多内容成为党的十八大后治国理政理念的重要源头,体现了深刻的历史穿透力;从理论深度看,具有内容的丰富性、体系的系统性、实践的指导性。General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on the development and governance of counties.These important statements are very rich in connotation,as they involve all aspects of county development and governance and have distinctive features.These distinctive features are as follows:First,from a time perspective,they cover a long historical span,and are continuous temporally and forward looking.Second,these statements cover multi-level governance on and below the county level and multi-regional in their geographical scope.Third,epistemologically,these statements reflect strategic thinking,historical thinking,dialectical thinking,systematic thinking,theoretical thinking and other scientific approaches.Fourth,from the thickness of practice,much of the content has become important source of the Chinese Communist Party’s philosophy of governance after the 18th Party Congress,reflecting profound historical penetration.Fifth,from the theoretical depth,they are rich in content,systemic and of practical guidance.
