大数据背景下统计人才培养模式与课程体系优化研究

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来给统计人才的培养带来了机遇与挑战。本文针对大数据对现代社会中的统计人才要求和存在的问题,分别从统计人才培养目标、人才培养的内容、教学方式和实践教学等分析大数据对统计专业人才培养提出的挑战。同时,结合安徽工程大学统计人才培养改革与实践,从师资队伍建设、构建合理的课程体系、实践教学的强化、改变考核方式等方面进行阐述。Big data has brought opportunities and challenges to statistical talents who are mainly trained to analyze data. In view of the requirements and existing problems of big data for statistical talents, this paper analyzes the new challenges of big data for statistical talents training from the aspects of talent training objectives, training contents, teaching methods and practical teaching. Combined with the reform and practice of statistical talent training in Anhui Polytechnic University, this paper expounds the construction of teaching staff, the construction of reasonable curriculum system, the strengthening of practical teaching, the change of assessment methods and so on.
