摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下Seldinger法行耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘术的临床价值。方法:23例高危险患者在超声引导下Seldinger法膀胱穿刺造瘘术,评估手术安全性。结果:23例患者都没有出现明显并发症,顺利更换造瘘管。结论:超声引导下Seldinger法膀胱穿刺造瘘术具有更为安全、创伤小的优点,在手术风险高、耐受性差的患者中应用价值大。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of suprapubic bladder puncture and fistulation with Seldinger method under ultrasound guidance.Methods:Twenty-three high-risk patients underwent ultrasound-guided Seldinger's bladder puncture and fistula to evaluate the safety of the operation.Results:None of the 23 patients had obvious complications,and the fistula tube was successfully replaced.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided Seldinger's bladder puncture fistula has the advantages of safety,less trauma,and great application value in patients with high surgical risks and poor tolerance.
