丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合亮丙瑞林应用于腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症术后预防复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合亮丙瑞林应用于腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症术后预防复发的疗效。方法选择腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者100例作为研究对象,术后随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组术后未进行药物治疗,观察组予丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗,观察2组术后复发情况、妊娠情况以及安全性。结果子宫内膜异位症患者术后3个月观察组的FSH、LH、E_(2)和P水平低于对照组,术后6个月复发率和术后12个月复发率明显低于对照组,观察组术后妊娠成功率(56.0%,28/50)高于对照组(20.0%,10/20)(P<0.05),结论腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症术后采取丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗方案,可有效预防子宫内膜异位症复发,提升术后妊娠成功率,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of Danhuang Quyu Capsules combined with leuprolin in the prevention of recurrence after laparoscopic endometriosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group did not receive any drug treatments after operation,while the observation group was treated with Danhuang Quyu Capsules combined with leuprolin.The postoperative recurrence,pregnancy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results The levels of FSH,LH,E_(2) and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 3 months after surgery,and the recurrence rates in the observation group 6 months and 12 months after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the postoperative pregnancy success rate of the observation group(56.0%,28/50)was higher than that of the control group(20.0%,10/20)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of Danhuang Quyu Capsules combined with leuprorelin after laparoscopic endometriosis can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease and improve the success rate of postoperative pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
