摘　　要：目的观察消膝痹外敷剂治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法随机将60例膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组采用消膝痹外敷剂治疗;对照组采用扶他林软膏治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果2组疼痛均缓解,关节功能均改善(P<0.05);治疗组HSS评分在治疗结束及随访时均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组在治疗结束时VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01),但在随访时2组VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论消膝痹外敷剂治疗膝骨关节炎操作简便、安全,相较于扶他林外用疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Xiaoxibi in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the external application of Xiaoxibi,while the control group was treated with the Votalin Ointment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The pain was relieved and the joint function was improved in both groups(P<0.05).The HSS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group both at the end of the treatment and at the follow-up(P<0.01).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group at the end of treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the follow-up(P>0.05).No significant adverse reactions or adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion The external application of Xiaoxibi is simple and safe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is better compared with the Votalin Ointment,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
