小儿推拿联合止敏平喘汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能、免疫功能及外周EOS、ECP、IL-5的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合止敏平喘汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿肺功能、免疫功能及外周血嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)的影响。方法85例CVA患儿按照随机数表法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(43例)。对照组在“六经病欲解时”理论指导下对小儿进行推拿治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合止敏平喘汤治疗。比较2组疗效、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼吸峰值流速(PEF)]、免疫功能指标(外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)),EOS、ECP、IL-5水平。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(80.95%,34/42)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF均比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均比对照组高,CD8^(+)水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后外周血EOS、ECP、IL-5水平均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论“六经病欲解时”理论指导下小儿推拿联合止敏平喘汤治疗CVA的临床疗效显著,可提高机体肺功能和免疫功能,减轻气道炎症反应。Objective To explore the effect of the infantile massage therapy combined with the Zhimin Pingchuan Decoction on the pulmonary function,immune function,peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS),eosinophil cationic proteins(ECP),interleukin-5(IL-5)in children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of eighty-five children with CVA were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given the infantile massage therapy under the guidance of the theory of"the proper time for the six channels diseases treatment",while the observation group was treated with the Zhimin Pingchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],immune function indexes(peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),and the levels of EOS,ECP and IL-5 were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate(95.35%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.95%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in peripheral blood of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EOS,ECP and IL-5 in peripheral blood in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The infantile massage therapy under the guidance of the theory of"the proper time for the six channels diseases treatment"combined with the Zhimin Pingchuan Decoction has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of CVA,which can improve the pulmonary function and immune function,and reduce the airway inflammation.
