摘 要:膝骨关节炎是中医骨伤疾病中多种致病因素引起的退行性骨关节病,且逐步成为影响人类健康的重要隐患。由于目前对其病因病机及早期诊断研究的并不彻底,治疗也以缓解症状为主,所以创建理想的动物模型非常关键。现阶段用于膝骨关节炎研究的动物模型大多数以小型动物模型、中、大型动物模型为主。造模方式也以自发性造模、关节腔注射、手术造模为主,各有利弊。本研究将近几年来文献整理进行研究,为今后在临床上诊断、治疗、预防等方面奠定基础。Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative osteoarthritis caused by a variety of pathogenic factors in the osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine,which has gradually become an important hidden risk affecting human health.Since the current research on its etiology,pathogenesis and early diagnosis is not through,and its treatment aims mainly at relieving symptoms,it is very critical to create an ideal animal model.At present,most of the animal models used for the knee osteoarthritis research include small animal models,medium and large animal models,and the main modeling methods involve spontaneous modeling,intra-articular injection,and surgical modeling,which each have their own advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,the relevant literature in recent years has been sorted out and studied,hoping to lay a foundation for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of knee osteoarthritis in the future.
