摘 要:该文研究了一种具有双层密封效果的W形金属薄壁封严环——双向W形封严环的力学特征和密封特性。双向W形封严环可实现径向的内/外两个方向的动密封,且能实现双层密封,对减小泄漏具有先天的优势,该文通过建立双向W形封严环的Abaqus有限元分析模型,计算分析了其刚度、Von-Mises应力分布以及泄漏率等力学性能。结果表明:双向W环轴向刚度随壁厚增加呈非线性增大,随波高增大呈非线性减小;双向W形封严环最大Von-Mises应力出现在抬升区外侧;相同条件下,双向W形封严环较单向W形封严环泄漏率减小了17%,与传统单向W形封严环相比,双向W形封严环密封性更好。W-sealing ring is a kind of elastic metallic seal which is used to solve sealing problem in extremely working conditions in aero space field.In order to improve the sealing performance of W-ring,a finite element model of M-W-ring was built,the differences of stress distribution,axial stiffness and leakage rate between the two rings are analyzed and compared.The characteristics of the double seal are discussed,the influence of wall thickness and wave height of M-W-ring on its stiffness is analyzed.Results show that within the elastic range,compared with the ordinary W-ring,and the leakage rate is reduced by 17%;the M-Wring axial stiffness increases nonlinearly with the increase of wall thickness and decreases nonlinearly with the increase of wave height.
