摘 要:为提升齿轮液压泵的稳定性和安全性,对齿轮副的摩擦学特性进行测试,基于振动检测技术对其机械损伤进行定性诊断。通过摩擦试验机,得出齿轮副啮合点相对速度、啮合压力对平均摩擦系数和摩擦稳定系数的影响规律。分析齿轮副的失效机理,采用振动与动平衡测试仪得出齿面磨损和齿面断裂的振动响应特性。该研究能够为液压泵工作参数的优化提供重要依据,有效降低液压设备的维护成本。In order to improve the stability and safety of gear hydraulic pump,the tribological characteristics of gear pair are tested,and its mechanical damage is qualitatively diagnosed based on vibration detection technology.Through the friction testing machine,the influence laws of the relative speed of the meshing point of the gear pair and the meshing pressure on the average friction coefficient and the friction stability coefficient are obtained.The failure mechanism of gear pair is analyzed,and the vibration response characteristics of tooth surface wear and tooth surface fracture are obtained by using vibration and dynamic balance tester.This research can provide an important basis for the optimization of working parameters of hydraulic pump and effectively reduce the maintenance cost of hydraulic equipment.
