摘　　要：面对重大突发公共危机事件,特定主体的“媒介化治理”,不单是媒介化社会应对危机的必然选择,更是深入推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的应有之义。重大突发公共危机事件“媒介化治理”的介入逻辑,主要包括通过设置议程型塑人民群众的社会认知、扩大人民群众参与社会治理的机会和渠道、为多元主体提供可以协调沟通的平台、发挥媒介调节社会情绪和情感的功能等。与其他治理方式相比,“媒介化治理”具有不可替代的重要作用,但它并非“万能药”。面对重大突发公共危机事件,特定主体所进行的“媒介化治理”,应强化以人民为中心的“媒介化治理”共同体立场,谨防“舆论偏好”引发治理风险,避免对“媒介化治理”产生依赖,在最大程度上杜绝媒介系统的功能错位,找准应急治理的发力规律,以此全面提升面对重大突发公共危机事件的“媒介化治理”能力。Facing specific type of major public crisis emergencies,mediatization of governance is not only the inevitable measure in mediatized society to combat crises,but also the integral part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The mechanism of intervention in major public crisis emergencies includes shaping people’s social cognition through creating social agendas,expanding the opportunities and channels for mass participation in social governance,providing a communication platform for multiple sides concerned,and enhancing media’s roles of regulating social emotions.Mediatization of governance is indispensable but not a cure-all.Facing specific type of major public crisis emergencies,mediatization of governance should enhance a people-centered common ground,control the potential management crisis created by "public opinion preferences",avoid the reliance on mediatization of governance,as well as prohibit the displaced function of media system and locate the law of emergency governance accurately so as to achieve better results in the mediatization of governance.
