摘  要:采用两种工艺制备0.15mm厚的C5210合金带材,测试了两种工艺下制备带材的金相组织和力学性能,并观察了制备带材的缺陷情况和折弯及冲压成零件后的表面形貌。通过引入电磁铸造技术,并改进加工工艺,由“均匀化退火后进行冷轧开坯”改进为“先冷轧开坯再均匀化退火”,以及降低中间退火的温度,制备的合金带材疏松起皮和表面裂纹等缺陷显著减少,该合金带材晶粒尺寸更小,力学性能更高,折弯及冲压后表面出现裂纹的情况得到解决。In this paper,two processes were used to produce 0.15mm thick C5210 alloy strip.The metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the strip prepared under the two processes were tested,and the defects of the strip and the surface morphology after bending and stamping were observed.Adding electromagnetic casting technology,the process of"cold rolling after homogenizing annealing"was transformed to"homogenization after homogenization",and reducing the annealing temperature was performed to improve the process of producing the strip.Therefore,the defects such as looseness,peeling and surface cracks of the strip were significantly reduced,the grain size of the alloy strip was smaller,the mechanical properties were higher,and the surface cracks after bending and stamping are solved.
