摘  要:黑铜泥是铜冶炼系统电解液净化脱杂时的产物。通过对黑铜泥常压氧化浸出工艺进行优化,在反应酸度为130~140g/L、反应温度为80~90℃、初始砷浓度为45~50g/L、液固比为11~12时,可显著改善黑铜泥浸出效果。黑铜泥中铜浸出率可达到98%,渣率在6.9%左右,浸出效果较好。The black copper mud is the product of electrolyte purification and impurity removal in copper smelting system.In this article,the atmospheric pressure leaching process of black copper mud is optimized.After optimization,the reaction acidity is 130~140g/L,the reaction temperature is 80~90℃,and the initial arsenic concentration is 45~50g/L and the liquid-solid ratio is 11~12,the leaching effect of black copper mud can be significantly improved.The copper leaching rate in the black copper mud can reach more than 98%,the slag rate is about 6.9%,and the leaching effect is better.
