摘 要:采用注射成形法制备了AZ91D合金试样,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和拉伸试验等研究固溶处理对试样的显微组织、相组成和力学性能的影响。结果表明:镁合金试样经不同温度固溶处理8 h后,其抗拉强度和伸长率先升高后降低,在390℃固溶处理8 h后达到最大值,分别为164.48 MPa和18.55%。根据显微组织观察与XRD分析结果,合金组织中存在片状分布的Mg_(17)Al_(12)相,随固溶时间的增加,Mg_(17)Al_(12)相溶入基体。经390℃固溶处理8 h后,Mg_(17)Al_(12)相溶入合金基体且晶粒无明显长大,固溶效果较佳。AZ91 D alloy samples were prepared by injection molding,and the effects of solution treatment on microstructure,phase composition and mechanical properties of the samples were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and tensile test.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the magnesium alloy samples first increase and then decrease after solution treatment at different temperatures for 8 h,and reach the maximum after solution treatment at 390℃for 8 h,which are 164.48 MPa and 18.55%respectively.According to the results of microstructure observation and XRD analysis,there are lamellar Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase in the alloy structure.With the increase of solution treatment time,the Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase dissolves into the matrix.After solution treatment at 390℃for 8 h,the Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase dissolves into the alloy matrix without obvious grain growth,and the solid solution effect is better.
