摘 要:钴基非晶合金作为应用广泛的软磁材料具有高磁导率、低矫顽力等优点,但饱和磁感应强度普遍偏低。为此,采用单辊急冷法制备Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)非晶合金薄带,通过晶化动力学的计算对其晶化行为进行分析,并合理制定退火温度,实现对Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)非晶合金软磁性能的调控。结果表明:Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)非晶合金晶化反应过程中起始晶化反应激活能E_(x1)大于峰值晶化反应激活能E,即晶体的形核过程比晶体长大过程更困难,但起始晶化反应温度T要低于峰值晶化反应温度T_(x),因此选择在起始晶化反应温度区间(785~800 K)进行退火热处理300 s后,Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)非晶合金可析出尺寸为15.8~24.8 nm的单一α-Fe(Co)晶粒,饱和磁感应强度B_(s)由0.74 T升高至0.78 T,矫顽力H_(c)低至6.47~15.38 A/m。As a widely used soft magnetic material,Co-based amorphous alloy has the advantages of high permeability and low coercivity,but the saturation magnetic induction intensity is generally low.Therefore,Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)amorphous alloy ribbons were prepared by single roll quenching method.The crystallization behavior of the amorphous alloy was analyzed through the calculation of crystallization kinetics,and the annealing temperature was reasonably set to control the soft magnetic properties of the Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)amorphous alloy.The results show that during the crystallization reaction of the Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)amorphous alloy,the initial crystallization reaction activation energy Eis greater than the peak crystallization reaction activation energy E_(x1),that is,the nucleation process of crystal is more difficult than the crystal growth process,but the initial crystallization reaction temperature Tis lower than the peak crystallization reaction temperature T_(x).Therefore,after annealing heat treatment for 300 s in the initial crystallization reaction temperature range(785-800 K),the Co_(70)Fe_(10)Si_(9)B_(7)Cu_(1)Nb_(3)amorphous alloy can precipitate a singleα-Fe(Co)grains with a size of 15.8-24.8 nm,the saturation magnetic induction B_(s)increases from 0.74 T to 0.78 T,and the coercivity H_(c) is as low as 6.47-15.38 A/m.
