摘　　要：农业生物安全是指有效防范由各类生物因子和生物技术误用滥用对农业生产和生态环境所造成的威胁与伤害,事关我国粮食安全、生态安全和公共安全。在《生物安全法》出台实施后,我国农业生物安全有了总体上的立法指引,但是我国农业生物安全法律体系内却存在着专项立法缺失、与《生物安全法》联系不足等问题。这就需要通过立法完善我国农业生物安全法律体系,保障我国农业安全。Agricultural biological safety refers to effective prevention of threats and injuries caused by misuse of all kinds of biologic factors and biotechnology to agricultural production and ecological environments.It is related to our country's food security,ecological security and public safety.After the implementation of the Biosecurity Law,the agricultural biological safety has an overall legislative guidelines,but there are still some problems,such as lacking a special legislative in agricultural biological safety legal system,and being insufficient contact to the Biosecurity Law.That needs to improve Chinese agricultural biological safety legal system through legislation to ensure Chinese agricultural safety.
