摘　　要：目的:本文介绍了医院全面标准化管理的研究与实践,以期为医院标准化管理提供借鉴。方法:构建医院全面标准化管理的组织体系、明确标准化管理的基本原则、完善运行机制,通过开展标准建设、标准落实及标准深化,创建包括患者服务、医疗保障、医疗管理在内的标准体系,落实与深化标准。结果:共建成并有效实施服务、管理、保障部分的54类695项标准。标准实施后,与上年度同期相比,各类流程优化,患者满意度等各类指标均有不同程度改善。结论:有必要在医院开展全面标准化管理。Objective:To introduce the research and practice of hospital comprehensive standardization management in order to provide the basis for hospital standardization management.Methods:To construct the organization system of hospital comprehensive standardization management,clarify the basic principles of standardization management,and improve the operation mechanism.Through construction,implementation and promotion of standards,a standards system including patient service,medical security and medical management is established to implement and deepen the standards.Results:A total of 695 standards on service,management and guarantee in 54 categories were established and effectively implemented.After the implementation of the standards,all kinds of process optimization,patient satisfaction and other indicators have been improved to different degrees compared with the same period of last year.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out comprehensive standardization management in hospitals.
