摘　　要：目的:通过观察妊高征患者胎儿脐带血管的胶原纤维分布情况,探究妊高征患者对胎儿脐带血管顺应性的影响及其临床意义。方法:收集胎儿脐带34条,其中来自健康孕妇17例,妊高征患者17例,取不同部分(胎盘端、中间部分、胎儿端)脐带组织,固定、脱水、包埋,制成石蜡切片,对胎儿脐带血管组织中的胶原纤维使用masson染色法进行染色,使用中性树胶封片。采用Image-pro Plus图像分析软件,对脐动脉和脐静脉的中膜厚度和胶原纤维密度进行检测。结果:妊高征患者胎儿脐动脉和脐静脉较正常孕妇胎儿脐动脉和脐静脉胶原纤维增多。结论:妊高征的患者血管顺应性变化与脐带血管中膜胶原纤维的变化密切相关。Objective:To investigate the effect of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) on the compliance of fetal umbilical cord blood ve ssels and its clinical significance by observing the distribution of collagen fibers in fetal umbilical cord blood vessels of PIH patients.Methods:34 fetal umbilical cords are collected,among which 17 are from healthy pregnant women and 17 are from patients with PIH.Different parts(side,the middle section,the fetus and placenta) of umbilical cord tissue are taken and paraffin section is made after fixation,dehydration and embedding.The collagen fibers of fetal umbilical cord blood vessels are dyed using masson staining method,and sealing piece is made by neutral gum.The intima-media thickness and collagen fiber density of umbilical artery and umbilical vein were measured by imagepro Plus image analysis software.Results:Compared with normal pregnant women,the number of collagen fibers in fetal umbilical artery and umbilical vein increased in patients with PIH.Conclusion:The changes of vascular compliance in patients with PIH are closely related to the change s of collagen fiber in umbilical cord vascular medium.
