食管心房调搏联合药物治疗在阵发性心悸中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管心房调搏联合药物治疗在阵发性心悸中的价值。方法:选取76例于2020年8月至2021年8月期间因阵发性心悸进入甘肃省武威市凉州医院治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将患者编为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用标准化药物治疗,观察组联合食管心房调搏治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状(发热心慌、呼吸困难、胸痛)积分及心律转复情况。结果:两组治疗后症状积分较治疗前低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状积分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组心律转复成功率为97.37%,较对照组的81.58%高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化药物治疗联合食管心房调搏用于阵发性心悸患者,能改善患者症状,提高心律转复成功率,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of esophageal atrial pacing combined with ningxinbao capsule in the treatment of paroxysmal palpitation.Methods:76 patients with paroxysmal palpitation in Liangzhou Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into control group(treated with ningxinbao capsule) and observation group(treated with esophageal atrial pacing combined with ningxinbao capsule),with 38 cases in each group.The scores of symptoms(fever,palpitation,dyspnea,chest pain) and the recovery of heart rhythm were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of heart rhythm conversion in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 81.58% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of esophageal atrial pacing combined with ningxinbao capsule in the treatment of paroxysmal palpitation can alleviate the clinical symptoms and contribute to the recovery of normal heart rhythm.
