慢性肾炎综合征患者实施人文关怀护理结合标准化护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对人文关怀护理与标准化护理结合的护理干预办法在慢性肾炎综合征患者的护理过程中具有的应用价值进行效果评估。方法:研究时间为2020年1月-2021年1月,将蚌埠医学院第一附属医院慢性肾炎综合征住院观察的患者作为研究目标,共采集数据80例,利用统计方法进行分组,n=40,记作对照组与研究组,对照组患者应用标准化护理干预办法,研究组在上述基础上加以人文关怀护理干预办法,观察患者心理学抑郁以及心理学焦虑量表的改善水准、观察患者生活质量综合评定量表改善水准。结果:研究组患者的SAS评定量表以及SDS评定量表的改善程度较对照组患者显著提高,数据组间差距显著(P<0.05),同时研究组患者的生活质量综合评定量表的四个维度的评分较对照组患者显著提高,数据组间差距显著(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理干预办法在标准化护理中的介入,在保证患者基础生命体征平稳以及生理护理水准的同时对患者的心理进行了干预,因此可以进行广泛应用,值得推广。Objective:To evaluate the effect of humanistic care nursing combined with standardized nursing intervention in the nursing process of patients with chronic nephritis syndrome.Methods:80 patients with chronic nephritis syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2020 to January 2021 were studied as the research target,and divided into control group and research group using statistical methods to group(n=40).The control group was given standardized nursing intervention measures,and the research group was given humanistic care nursing intervention measures on the basis of the above.The improvement level of patients’ psychological depression and psychological anxiety scale,and tthe improvement level of patients’ quality of life comprehensive assessment scale are observed.Results:The improvement level of SAS assessment scale and SDS assessment scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in four aspects of comprehensive assessment scale for patient’s quality of life in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care nursing intervention measures in the standardized nursing can intervene the psychological state of patients while ensuring the stability of their vital signs and psychological nursing level.Therefore,it can be widely applied,which is worth of promotion.
