桃红四物汤治疗桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察桃红四物汤对桡骨远端骨折患者的临床疗效及对相关代谢指标的影响。方法 抽选桡骨远端骨折患者124例作为研究对象,入选时间:2018年4月—2020年4月;分组形式:随机数字表法,将所有患者分为对照组(62例)和观察组(62例),前者实施手法复位小夹板外固定治疗,后者在此基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗2个月后的骨代谢指标、骨折修复细胞因子变化;半年后随访并进行2组腕关节功能优良率对比。结果 观察组治疗后TRACP-5b、BMP-2、BGP、VEGF、TGF-β1、OPG水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的tPINP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的腕关节功能优良率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于桡骨远端骨折患者,在保守治疗的基础上进行桃红四物汤治疗,可以调节骨折修复细胞因子水平,促进骨代谢,有利于骨折部位的愈合和患者腕关节功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on patients with distal radius fracture and the effect on related metabolic indicators.Methods 124 cases of patients with distal radius fractures were selected as study subjects from April 2018 to April2020. Grouping format was random number table method. All patients were divided into a control group(62 patients) and an observation group(62 patients). The former of which practiced manual reduction and external fixation with a small splint, and the latter of which was added to the treatment with Taohong Siwu decoction. The bone metabolic indexes, cytokine changes of fracture repair before treatment, and after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Patients were followed up after half a year and contrasted for rate of excellent wrist function between the two groups.Results The tracp-5b, BMP-2, BGP, VEGF and TGF were observed after treatment in the observation group-β1. The levels of OPG were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0. 05). The levels of tPINP after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher rate of excellent wrist function, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05).Conclusion For patients with distal radius fractures, the treatment of Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of conservative treatment can regulate the level of cytokines in fracture repair, promote bone metabolism, and facilitate healing of fracture sites and restore wrist function.
