芪红汤对CABG术后患者心功能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究芪红汤对冠脉搭桥术(CABG)患者心功能及预后的影响。方法 选取泰安市中医医院2019年10月—2020年12月收治的120例冠脉搭桥术患者,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例患者。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅以芪红汤治疗,对比2个疗程后2组患者的左心室射血分数、6 min步行距离、中医证候积分及有效率。结果 治疗前,2组患者左心室射血分数、6 min步行距离、中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,2组患者左心室射血分数、6 min步行距离均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),并且观察组患者治疗后左心室射血分数、6 min步行距离均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而中医证候积分低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 芪红汤对冠脉搭桥术后患者改善心功能有较大意义,有助于提高患者生活质量、改善预后,促进手术后康复。Objective To explore the effect of Qihong decoction on cardiac function and prognosis of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods 120 patients with CABG in Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with Qihong decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The left ventricular ejection fraction, 6 min walking distance, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score and effective rate of the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment.Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction, 6 min walking distance and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P> 0. 05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking distance of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P< 0. 05), while the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P< 0. 05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and6 min walking distance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0. 05), while the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P< 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Qihong decoction has great significance in improving the cardiac function of patients after CABG, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients, improve the prognosis and promote the recovery after operation.
