摘　　要：胃酸过多相关性疾病是消化科门诊常见的一类上消化道疾病。西医常用质子泵抑制剂、H2受体拮抗剂或胃黏膜保护剂等具有抑制胃酸或中和胃酸作用的药物治疗,药物使用的不合理及长期应用导致治疗存在一定风险。首届全国名中医蔡淦教授长期从事中医防治脾胃病的研究,采用中医辨证治疗胃酸过多相关性疾病颇有心得,并能实现西药的逐渐减停。Acid-related disorders are a range of upper gastrointestinal diseases in the digestive department. Western medicine commonly used PPI, H2-R antagonists, or gastric mucosal protectors, etc. The unreasonable drug use and long-term application have certain risks. Professor Cai Gan, the first national famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, has been engaged in the study of Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of spleen and stomach disease for 56 years. He has experience in the treatment of acid-related diseases with Chinese medicine, and can assist in the gradual reduction of western medicines.
