摘　　要：肛窦炎是肛肠科临床常见病之一,以肛门坠胀、瘙痒为主要临床表现,病程较长,易复发,缠绵难愈,严重影响患者生活质量。张相安教授认为湿和热为此病治疗关键,故主张从湿热论治,以清热利湿、行气止痛兼疏风解表相结合之法,临床获得了满意的临床疗效。此文介绍并总结张相安教授运用清肠三方从湿热论治肛窦炎疾病经验,供同道参考。Anal sinusitis is one of the common clinical diseases in department of proctology. The main clinical manifestations are anal distension and pruritus. The course of the disease is long, easy to relapse, difficult to cure, and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Professor Zhang Xiang’an believes that dampness and heat are the key to the treatment of diseases. Therefore, Professor Zhang advocates treatment from dampness and heat, using combination of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, activating qi-flowing and relieving pain,dispelling wind and resolving superficies, which obtained satisfactory clinical effect. This paper introduced and summarized clinical experience of Professor Zhang Xiang’an in treating anal sinusitis by three prescriptions of clearing intestines from dampness-heat, so as to provide reference for colleagues.
