摘　　要：妊娠期间严重的恶心、呕吐被称为妊娠恶阻,为常见妊娠病。西医治疗妊娠恶阻的方法较为单一,因止呕药或对胎儿造成不确定的影响而很少应用,一线治疗原则没有针对胎儿发育的治疗目的,仅为营养支持,纠正体内脱水、电解质紊乱等情况。中医治疗妊娠恶阻从人体阴阳平衡出发,顾护母体与胎元的健康,其中腧穴治疗妊娠恶阻效果显著。近年来,腧穴的选择逐渐多样化,具有止呕及安胎作用的单一腧穴或穴位组得到发展。此文从中医止呕、安胎理论以及现代临床研究出发,论述近年来临床常见的腧穴治疗,以期为中医治疗妊娠恶阻提供新的思路和方法。Severe nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is called pernicious vomiting, which is a common pregnancy disease. Western medicine has a single method to treat malignant obstruction of pregnancy. The first-line treatment principle is nutritional support to correct dehydration and electrolyte disorders in the body. It is rarely used because of antiemetic drugs or uncertain effects on the fetus. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pregnancy evil obstruction starts from the balance of yin and Yang of the human body and takes care of the health of the mother and fetus. Acupoint treatment has a significant effect on pregnancy evil obstruction. In recent years, the selection of acupoints has been gradually diversified, and single acupoints or acupoint groups with antiemetic and tocolysis effects have been developed.Starting from the theory of antiemesis and tocolysis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical research, this paper discusses the common acupoint treatment in clinic in recent years, in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant obstruction of pregnancy.
