摘　　要：目的 观察温阳化瘀法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 将91例患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组45例。治疗组采用温阳化瘀法进行治疗;对照组则口服布洛芬胶囊。连续治疗3个月经周期后,采用VAS评分、痛经症状评分评估2组疼痛及症状缓解程度,分析临床疗效并观察远期复发情况。结果 治疗后,2组VAS评分、症状积分均有所下降(P<0.05),但治疗组的VAS评分及症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率更高且复发率低(P<0.05)。结论 以温阳化瘀法治疗原发性痛经效果显著且远期预后好、复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming yang and removing blood stasis in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 91 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases) and control group(45 cases). The treatment group was treated by warming yang and removing blood stasis method. The control group took ibuprofen capsule orally. After three consecutive menstrual cycles, VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score were used to evaluate the pain and symptom relief of the two groups, the clinical curative effect was analyzed and the long-term recurrence was observed.Results After treatment, the VAS score and symptom score of the two groups decreased(P< 0. 05), but the VAS score and symptom score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0. 05). The cure rate of the treatment group was high(P< 0. 05), and the recurrence rate was low.Conclusion The method of warming yang and removing blood stasis is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, with good long-term prognosis and low recurrence rate.
