子午流注择时口服健胃清肠合剂在骨科术前胃肠准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察子午流注择时口服健胃清肠合剂在骨科术前胃肠道准备中的应用效果。方法 参照纳入排除标准选取行骨科手术的患者90例,依据患者进入试验研究的先后顺序,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组。试验组在术前1 d卯时口服健胃清肠合剂进行肠道准备,对照组按照传统时间在术前1 d口服健胃清肠合剂进行肠道准备。观察2组患者服药后肠道的清洁度、药物的可接受程度以及药物不良反应情况。结果 试验组药物不良反应情况与对照组比较,试验组不良反应轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组肠道清洁度、药物的可接受程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 此次研究中,试验组患者在术前1 d卯时口服健胃清肠合剂,以便在进行肠道准备时能够使药物的药性充分发挥,达到清洁肠道的作用。在护理的过程中患者无明显不良反应则认可度增加,因此,此试验可以提高骨科患者术前胃肠道准备的质量,也值得在临床优质护理服务中推广。Objective To observe the application effect of Jianwei Qingchang mixture in preoperative gastrointestinal preparation of orthopedic surgery.Methods 90 cases of orthopedic surgery patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to the order of patients entering the experimental study, the subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method. The experimental group was prepared by oral Jianwei Qingchang mixture 1 day before surgery, and the control group was prepared by oral Jianwei Qingchang mixture 1 day before surgery according to the traditional time. The cleanliness of the intestinal tract, the acceptability of drugs and adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups of patients after taking the medicine.Results Compared with the control group, the adverse drug reactions in the experimental group were milder than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). The intestinal cleanliness and drug acceptability in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P< 0. 05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion In this study, orthopedic patients in the 1 day before the oral Jianwei Qingchang Mixture, in order to prepare the intestinal tract can make the medicine of the drug fully play, to achieve the role of cleaning the intestinal tract. In nursing engineering, patients with no obvious adverse reactions increase their recognition. Therefore,this study can improve the quality of preoperative gastrointestinal preparation in orthopedic patients, and is worthy of promotion in clinical quality nursing services.
