摘　　要：随着世界范围内对中医重视和需求的日益增长,如何认识和评价中医学的疗效,已成为研究的热点。中医治疗疾病大多时候是靠医生个人的临床经验,通过中医望、闻、问、切四诊收集患者的信息,综合进行分析,从而对该疾病的病因、病性及病位等做出判断,这就导致不同的医师对同一患者的辨证和用药各不相同,这就使很多患者及西医临床医师在认识上对中医产生误解,若能对中医辨证采取量化诊断标准,对于临床辨证来说可以极大地提高辨证的准确性,显著提高临床的诊断治疗水平。使之成为能够客观评价包括中西医在内的各种干预措施临床疗效的工具,将为中医疗效评价探索新的途径。中医诊断量表的研究一直是近年来研究的重点和热点,文章将对中医诊断量表的研究现状做一概述。With the increasing attention and demand of traditional Chinese medicine in the world, how to understand and evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot research topic. Most of the time, the treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine relies on the doctor’s personal clinical experience. The information of patients is collected through the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine, such as observation, hearing, asking and cutting, and comprehensive analysis is carried out, so as to judge the etiology, disease nature and disease location of the disease. This leads to different syndrome differentiation and medication of the same patient in different doctors, which leads to the understanding of many patients and Western medicine clinicians Misunderstanding of traditional Chinese medicine, if we can take quantitative diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, it will greatly improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation and significantly improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. To make it an objective tool to evaluate the clinical efficacy of various interventions including traditional Chinese and Western medicine will explore a new way for the evaluation of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. The research of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic scale has been the focus and hot spot in recent years. This paper will make an overview of the research status of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic scale.
